Victorian Starburst

Victorians loved the stars, no doubt in part to Halley's Comet returning and the obsession with Heavenly Bodies. The association of the Victorian elite with jewel-encrusted cosmic adornments may have inspired the classic Dracula look of a cape and starburst medallion, a visual shorthand for the Count's aristocracy.
